I have written my family history and now want to print it.

I have designed and formatted my book just the way I want it printed. I will give you a hard copy printout so you can prepare it for the press.  The printed book will look just like the pages I send you.  (This is also a great way to preserve family histories that have gone out of print but for which you own the copyright, personel journals, and similar documents in addition to new works that you have both written and formatted)

I have electronic files that I will send you. I want you to format the book according to the design options that I will choose on this order form.
